Some thoughts to keep in mind before making your purchase:
    Magic as a hobby takes time and dedication. But the time and effort you put in practicing your magic will be time well spent. I can't emphasize enough how important practice and patience are when speaking about magic.
    You might be surprised at the simplicity of the gimmicks used in some of our magic tricks when you receive them. Don't let this simplicity fool you! The best magic tricks are based on simple premises. As stated before, the most important part of a trick isn't the gimmick but instead is the "secret" of how the trick is done and the dedication given to practicing it over and over again.
    Some of the gimmicks which are provided with certain trick and prank items must be handled with care to provide the longest entertainment value. World Famous Magic is unable to allow for replacements to items broken through negligence.

Defective Item
We will replace a defective item that you receive from us only if you notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will instruct you further once we receive your email. A defective item is an item with a defect in material or workmanship. All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If merchandise is damaged in shipment, please contact the delivery service. If an item is found to be defective, it will be replaced with another of the same. No refunds or exchanges allowed. When you order from WorldFamousMagic.com, you can be assured that the security and privacy of your information, transactions and money is our top priority.

All monetary transactions are performed by PayPal. This means that any confidential information which you send when ordering is encrypted as it leaves your computer using the highest level commercially available. Your private information sits on servers behind a firewall allowing it to be accessible to authorized computers only.

Incorrect Addresses
Please be sure to double check all recipient addresses. We rely on you to provide the correct shipping address for your order. If a package should be returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, World Famous Magic is not responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred in the failed delivery attempt, that is, this portion of your charge will not be refunded upon the item's return.

Delivery Time
We understand that getting your order as soon as possible is very important to you. Because of this we do everything in our powers to ensure that you receive your order in the most timely fashion. However, we do not guarantee delivery times for any order. If your order arrives after your requested delivery date and you no longer have a use for that item, please refer to our return policy. We normally ship orders (except those paid by check) on the same day or next business day that we receive them. Total delivery time normally runs from 3 - 5 business days. If you pay by check, your order may take an additional 10 days due to check clearance requirements. A money order can be processed immediately.

Substitutions/Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all advertised items in stock, we will occasionally run out of certain items. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute a like product, modify your order, or cancel your order. During this time, your order will be placed "on hold" until we hear from you. Please note that we do not automatically ship items unless we receive a response from you.

Lost During Shipping
Once an order is shipped, we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact USPS.
